ClubWUs Community Guidelines

ClubWUs LLC operates ClubWUs, which exists to help people find clubs, events, activities, and communities they want to be part of.
We want ClubWUs to be fun, useful, welcoming, and safe.
These Community Guidelines explain the content and behavior we do not allow.
They supplement our Terms of Service.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other people with basic respect.
Do not use ClubWUs to:
- harass;
- bully;
- threaten;
- stalk;
- intimidate;
- humiliate;
- repeatedly target another person.
Disagreements are allowed. Abuse is not.
2. No Hate or Discrimination
Do not attack, threaten, demean, or exclude people because of protected characteristics or membership in protected groups.
Do not promote hatred or violence against protected groups.
3. No Threats or Violence
Do not post threats of violence or encourage people to harm themselves or others.
Do not use ClubWUs to facilitate violent or dangerous acts.
Credible threats may be escalated to appropriate authorities when necessary or legally required.
4. No Sexual or Explicit Content
ClubWUs is not a platform for pornography or sexually explicit content.
Do not upload or share:
- pornography;
- explicit sexual images;
- sexual exploitation material;
- sexual content involving minors;
- sexually explicit harassment;
- content primarily intended to sexually objectify or exploit another person.
5. No Exploitation or Abuse
Do not use ClubWUs to facilitate:
- human trafficking;
- sexual exploitation;
- exploitation of vulnerable people;
- abusive relationships;
- coercion;
- other serious abuse.
6. Protect People's Privacy
Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.
This includes things such as:
- home addresses;
- private phone numbers;
- private email addresses;
- financial information;
- passwords;
- private communications;
- sensitive personal records;
- precise location information intended to expose someone's whereabouts.
Do not use ClubWUs to dox another person.
7. No Scams or Fraud
Do not use ClubWUs to:
- impersonate another person or organization;
- run scams;
- collect credentials;
- solicit fraudulent payments;
- distribute phishing links;
- manipulate users through deception;
- misrepresent a club, event, organization, or business.
8. No Spam
Do not repeatedly post unwanted promotional material, irrelevant content, or automated spam.
Do not manipulate ClubWUs engagement systems through artificial accounts or automated activity.
9. Accurate Clubs and Events
Do your best to ensure that clubs and events you create or promote are legitimate and accurately described.
Do not intentionally create fake:
- clubs;
- events;
- locations;
- organizations;
- promotions
in order to deceive, harass, manipulate, or defraud users.
10. Respect Intellectual Property
Do not upload or share content you don't have the right to use.
Do not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.

11. Don't Abuse Reporting or Blocking
Reporting and blocking exist to help keep the community safe.
Do not intentionally abuse those systems to:
- harass another user;
- falsely accuse someone;
- manipulate moderation;
- silence legitimate activity;
- overwhelm moderation systems with knowingly false reports.
12. Don't Circumvent Enforcement
Do not create a new account to evade a suspension, termination, moderation action, or other enforcement decision.
13. Moderation
We may take action when content or behavior violates these Guidelines.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include:
- removing or restricting content;
- limiting account functionality;
- issuing a warning;
- suspending an account;
- permanently terminating an account;
- restricting access to particular features;
- escalating an issue to appropriate authorities.
We consider factors such as severity, repetition, context, evidence, and risk to other users.
We may take immediate action when necessary to protect users or the Service.
14. Reporting Content or Users
You can report content or users using the reporting functionality within ClubWUs.
Reports may be reviewed by ClubWUs personnel or authorized service providers as necessary to investigate them.
We encourage users to provide enough information for us to understand the issue.

We aim to review reports in a timely manner appropriate to their severity, but we do not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
15. Blocking Users
ClubWUs provides a blocking feature.
Use blocking when you do not want to interact with another user or want to prevent unwanted interactions where the feature permits.
16. Law Enforcement and Emergencies
ClubWUs is not an emergency service.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact appropriate emergency services.
We may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law or where necessary to protect people or the Service.
17. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as ClubWUs evolves or as our safety and moderation practices change.
Material changes may be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means.
