Delete Your ClubWUs Account
You can permanently delete your account from within the ClubWUs app or submit a deletion request through the web form below.
Request account deletion
Use the form below if you cannot complete account deletion in the ClubWUs mobile application.
The request asks for your ClubWUs username, the email address associated with your account, and a reason for the request. We use this information to verify and process the request.
If you are the primary manager of an active club, you must promote another club member to primary manager before your account can be deleted. ClubWUs does not automatically reassign club management.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens when your account is deleted?
We intend to permanently delete the personal information associated with your account, subject to information we are legally permitted or required to retain.
Some limited information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational records. Posts or comments may also remain in a de-associated or "ghost" form where necessary to preserve the integrity and context of conversations.
