ClubWUs Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

ClubWUs LLC ("ClubWUs," "we," "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains how to report content that you believe infringes your rights, and what happens next.

1. Your Content and Our Brand

You keep ownership of the content you post, and you give us only the license described in our Terms of Service. You must have the rights to anything you post. The ClubWUs name, logo, and app belong to ClubWUs LLC; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws in other countries. Send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Your notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• a description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
• a description of the material you believe is infringing, and where it is on ClubWUs (for example, a link or the club and post name), so we can find it;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Before you send a notice, consider whether the use may be permitted, such as fair use. You may be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing. We may share your notice with the person who posted the material.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentified, you can send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. It must include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• a description of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address, and telephone number; and
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which ClubWUs may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We will send your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we will restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

5. Trademarks and Other Rights

If you believe content on ClubWUs misuses your trademark or business name, or violates other rights such as privacy or publicity rights, email legal@clubwus.com. Include your contact details, the right you rely on (for example, a trademark registration), where the content is, and why you believe it is unlawful. We review these reports under applicable law and our Policies and may remove content or take other action.

6. Other Countries

If you are outside the United States, you can use the same process to notify us of content you believe infringes your rights under your local law. We will review it and act as your local law requires.
