ClubWUs Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
Last Updated: August 30, 2026
ClubWUs LLC ("ClubWUs," "we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
This policy explains how ClubWUs handles copyright and other intellectual property concerns relating to content uploaded to the Service.
1. Your Content
You generally retain ownership of original content that you create and upload to ClubWUs.
By uploading content, you represent that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe another person's rights.
2. License to ClubWUs
When you upload content to ClubWUs, you grant ClubWUs the rights reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, and process the content as necessary to provide ClubWUs features.
This does not transfer ownership of your copyright to ClubWUs.
3. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through ClubWUs infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint to: legal@clubwus.com
A complaint should include enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and understand the basis for the claim.
Where appropriate, include:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears in ClubWUs;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
- a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4. Review and Removal
We may review copyright complaints and, where appropriate, restrict or remove allegedly infringing content.
We may request additional information before acting on a complaint.
We are not required to act on incomplete, fraudulent, or unsupported complaints.
5. Counter-Notifications
If your content has been removed based on a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or your use is legally authorized, you may contact us with an explanation and supporting information.

6. Repeat Infringement
ClubWUs may restrict or terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
We may also take other steps reasonably necessary to protect the Service and rights holders.
7. Trademarks
ClubWUs names, logos, branding, and other marks belong to ClubWUs LLC or their respective owners.
Nothing in this policy grants you permission to use ClubWUs trademarks except as reasonably necessary to identify the Service.
8. Other Intellectual Property
Intellectual property complaints may also concern:
- trademarks;
- publicity rights;
- privacy rights;
- trade names;
- proprietary materials;
- other protected rights.
Send relevant complaints to: legal@clubwus.com
We will review such complaints under applicable law and our policies.
